THE UNIQUE GEOMETRY OF SNOWFLAKES • My favorite season is winter. Where I lived, winter always meant that there would be snow. I love snow! When the sun shines on a fresh blanket of snow, it even looks like it’s sparkling! One day, while going to the masjid with my grandfather, a snowflake fell on my nose. I had never seen a snowflake so closely before. I crossed my eyes to inspect it and saw that it was perfectly symmetrical.
